A Comprehensive Approach to Sexual Well-Being

The Psychosensual Treatment is designed to help men of all sexual orientations overcome challenges with sexual performance, intimacy, and relationship issues. Whether you’re experiencing erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, fear of intimacy, or struggling with sexual confidence, this treatment provides a safe and professional environment for you to explore solutions.

Many men, regardless of their sexuality, can benefit from this treatment. Even if you’re a heterosexual man concerned about male-to-male touch, the process is focused on creating a respectful, therapeutic space where your comfort and boundaries are prioritized. The goal is to address psychological and emotional factors that may be impacting your sexual fulfillment, and help you regain control and confidence in your sexual experiences.

The Process

Initial Consultation: 90 Minutes
The journey begins with a 90-minute consultation. This session allows us to discuss your concerns, understand the root of the issues, and explore how the Psychosensual Treatment could help you. We’ll also cover any questions you may have and ensure you’re comfortable with the approach before moving forward with bodywork. Sexual performance issues, such as erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, often stem from psychological factors that affect physical responses. This consultation helps create a roadmap for addressing those challenges.

Sensual Bodywork: 90 Minutes
If both you and I agree that sensual bodywork is the right step, we can proceed either on the same day or schedule it for another time (typically within two weeks). The 90-minute session combines traditional therapeutic techniques with a focus on slow, gentle arousal. This is done in a step-by-step manner, allowing you to feel in control while exploring intimacy and becoming aware of emotional barriers.

The bodywork may include massage and optional stimulation to help you experience a state of relaxed arousal without pressure. It is important to note that the session does not involve any invasive techniques such as anal or oral contact. Throughout the process, the goal is to create a non-judgmental, caring environment where any reactions—whether positive or challenging—can be explored and understood.

Ongoing Treatment
Following the initial session, ongoing Psychosensual treatments are available. These three-hour sessions allow for deeper exploration, building on the progress made in earlier appointments. Some clients may choose to focus on further treatment, while others feel they’ve gained enough insight from the initial consultation to continue their personal journey with a clearer understanding.

The Theory of Five Influences

Why Do Some Men Like Men

By Colin Richards

Gay Partnerships

Introduction

For the last two centuries, if a man experienced any form of male-to-male erotic intimacy, society traditionally labelled him no longer heterosexual; he became a homosexual and, in the UK until 1967, was a criminal. In the last 60 years, attitudes to sexuality have become more enlightened. Still, even in 2023, in many social circles, if a man announces himself as bisexual, bicurious, or even heteroflexible, many people see this as just a subtle camouflage that he is gay.

Over the past two decades, the polarised view of sexuality has been challenged. Now, many experts recognize that defining a person’s sexuality in such a binary manner is wrong. Still, the often mooted explanation of why a man may be sexually attracted to another man is that it is either a personal choice or is genetically pre-determined or a combination of both.

In a recent study taken in 2019 it was concluded that sexuality cannot be pinned down by biology, psychology or life experiences, this study and others show, because all these factors decide human sexual attraction. The study shows that genes play a small and limited role in determining sexuality. Genetic heritability — all of the information stored in our genes and passed between generations — can only explain 8 to 25 per cent of why people have same-sex relations, based on the study’s results.

However, as comprehensive as the study was, it had flaws in that it did not consider the impact of historical and social context on the data sets and parameters.

Informed by his 18 years of experience working with thousands of men who have expressed broader sexuality, Colin Richards, Sex Engineer and Relationship Therapist, has concluded that same-gender attraction has as much to do with the emotional, psychological and anthropological as it does genetic and sexual. To read on click here
