An outdoor shower is standard, and thus, you have a place to relax and enjoy nature in complete privacy. Next to the main house is another apartment with a living bedroom and bathroom. In the same building, to the left of it, there is a laundry room and another modern kitchen.
The laundry room and the kitchen are within walking distance of the living room and bedroom. The property has a water tank prepared with overflow, and associated water shares are included in the purchase price. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners for cooling and heating. In addition, there is a carport right next to the house and an open space, which could be created as a parking space or as a separate driveway for a possible holiday apartment!
